New Balance Fresh Foam Arishi v2 Magnet

A great light weight, but light duty, shoe.

One of the most comfortable New Balance shoes I have tried so far, and I have tried several. Not sure that this shoe has enough sole height and foot support for an actual sidewalk runner, but it makes for great daily wear. The bad: I bought this pair to replace my recent previous pair because pressure from my right big toe quickly ended up causing a hole in the thin woven material which covers the shoe (even though there was plenty of toe room). This built in self destruction is unforgivable in a name brand shoe. The material should stronger (like nylon thread?), or the toe area below it should be reinforced!
