Also known as the Black Maize release, the black colorway made its way to the Air Jordan Dub Zero lineup in 2009. A yellow Taxi-colored midsole provides a pop of color on this sneaker, and other Taxi accents find their way to the upper eyelets, the inner tongue, and the inner sock liner. A larch black overlay sits on each side panel, featuring an etched white sneaker design. A glossy patent leather mudguard wraps around the bottom of this upper, and a smooth woven leather covers the heel. The tongue then features a mesh fabric with a white Jordan Jumpman logo on the top. This black and yellow release was introduced to sneakerheads around the globe on May 23, 2009.
