- Condenser: As the high-pressure refrigerant vapor used in the cooling system goes through the condenser, it is turned into a high-pressure liquid by using the condensation process. It is driven by a belt.
- Evaporator: After traveling further through the other parts of the system, the now low-pressure liquid refrigerant flows through the tubes of the evaporator and vaporizes. Warm air from the interior of the vehicle also passes through it and is absorbed here.
The different aspects of the A/C process are located separately and out of view of the passenger interior.
